Parents of Adults on the Autism Spectrum do not have to find their way alone. Parents of Adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (PAASD) meet every other month at the Blasco Library. Speakers are brought in to discuss various topics, including

  • Independence
  • Transitioning
  • Housing
  • Social security
  • Role of medication
  • And more!

Join a group of parents who share similar concerns, hopes and dreams for a life of self-determination for their children.

Learn about a housing support initiative that was started by parents wishing to assist their adult children in finding independent housing and creating a support system to insure success. Parents and their adult children meet every other month to discuss needs and work on developing a plan to make independent living a reality.

Take advantage of our spousal support group, designed for individuals whose partner is on the Spectrum. Sharing common challenges of day to day living and intimate relationships. This is a free group facilitated by Janet Pawlowski, Licensed Psychologist and is held every other Month on Monday evenings from 6 – 7:30 PM. Call 824-4515 for more information.

Family, Individual, and Marital counseling are available and billable through insurance.
