Ryan Brennan, BA
Ryan received a B.A. in Psychology from Mercyhurst University in May, 2018. He joined the KAS team in March of 2017 and currently provides both Community Support and Employment Support through the Agency. Ryan believes that there is a job for everyone and will work to find the best fit for all clients.

Linda Hartken, MA

Linda Hartken has worked with individuals with Asperger's/Autism and other diagnosis for the past 13 years. She has a master’s degree in education and received a behavior analysis certificate from Mercyhurst University with a minor in psychology She has worked with individuals of all ages and across settings. Linda joined KAS in 2018 and works as both Community Support and a Skill Building Specialist. Linda also assists with the teen group.

Sara Kitchen, CESP, BCBA, LBS

Sara is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP). She has studied and worked in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 10 years. She is a Behavior Specialist, Skill Building Specialist, and Employment Specialist with KAS. Sara also provides Pre-Employment and Transition Service instruction. In her spare time, she teaches graduate special education courses at Mercyhurst University.

Lisa Luhman, MA

Lisa has a M.A. in Clinical Psychology and over 25 years of experience in the Human Services field. She has worked with individuals dealing with assault, mental health issues and most recently autism. Lisa is a Behavior Specialist and Skill Building Specialist with KaleidAscope Inc. as well as the Director of Waiver Services.



Melissa Spangler, BS

Missy Spangler has a BS in biology with minors in chemistry and psychology. She is the Program Specialist for the Person/Family Directed Support Waiver and also works as a Skill Building Specialist and Community Support staff. Missy has been with KAS since 2012.
Amanda Will, LPC, NBCC, BCBA

Amanda works as a Behavior Specialist for KaleidAScope, Inc. She is also currently an LPC and NBCC for Erie High School and serves as a Mental Health Counselor for the Erie District. Additionally, Amanda spends time coaching Varsity Soccer at Erie High and EYSA.
