Sara Kitchen, CESP, BCBA, LBS
Sara is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP). She has studied and worked in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 10 years. She is a Behavior Specialist, Skill Building Specialist, and Employment Specialist with KAS. Sara also provides Pre-Employment and Transition Service instruction. In her spare time, she teaches graduate special education courses at Mercyhurst University.
Lisa Luhman, MA
Lisa has a M.A. in Clinical Psychology and over 25 years of experience in the Human Services field. She has worked with individuals dealing with assault, mental health issues and most recently autism. Lisa is a Behavior Specialist and Skill Building Specialist with KaleidAscope Inc. as well as the Director of Waiver Services.

Amanda Will, LPC, NBCC, BCBA
Amanda works as a Behavior Specialist for KaleidAScope, Inc. She is also currently an LPC and NBCC for Erie High School and serves as a Mental Health Counselor for the Erie District. Additionally, Amanda spends time coaching Varsity Soccer at Erie High and EYSA.
