Lisa Luhman, Executive Director


Lisa Luhman, MA

Lisa has a M.A. in Clinical Psychology and over 25 years of experience in the Human Services field. She has worked with individuals dealing with assault, mental health issues and most recently autism.

Janet Pawlowski, Founder Clinical Director R.N., M.A., Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

 Janet has worked with individuals challenged by Asperger’s/Autism for 20 years. Janet provides individual, family, marital and group therapy with a focus on teens and adults.

Sara Kitchen, Director of Waiver Services, CESP, BCBA, LBS

Sara is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP). She has studied and worked in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 20 years.

She is a Behavior Specialist, Skill Building Specialist, and Employment Specialist with KAS.

Julie Coughenour  M.S., BCBA, NCSP, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist.

 

 

Julie received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Penn State University. She completed her Master's and PhD at Gannon University.

She is a Licensed Psychologist and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Julie is also a Certified School Psychologist.

She has studied and worked in the field of autism for 18 years.

In the past, she has worked at the Barber National Institute in Erie and Watson Institute in Pittsburgh.

Julie is certified in administering the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) which is the gold standard used in the evaluation process,

she is credentialed to administer a full diagnostic evaluation including all relevant testing to make a comprehensive diagnosis .

Julie also provides individual, family and group therapy with a focus on children and teens.

Jolene Franz 10

Jolene Franz M.A., LPC 

has worked in the Human Service field for 10 years. She has experience working with anxiety, depression and Autism Spectrum Disorder including ABA training. Jolene works with children and adults also offering individual, family, and group therapy.
